Anyone had bleeding after defibrillator surgery

6 weeks post op for defibrillator battery change and having leaking from a tiny spot on incision. Color is orange-ish. Dr has me applying bacitracin and gauze. Now one week since it started and wound isn’t healing. No fever , pain or redness. Not on antibiotics. Dr is hoping it heals so no need for surgery to find source and clean out. Anyone had this issue and how was it resolved?
Note: 79 and on warfarin. 5th battery. #2 infected so emergency to remove aicd and leads. New defibrillator put on right side. #2 and 3 got hematoma immediately after surgery. I was sent home with pressure bandages. Hematomas got larger and required surgeries to clean out pocket.
