Anyone else with LVH or LAE have constant pain?

Hello all I am a 45 year old female with LVH and Left Atrial Enlargement, I have been dealing with this for about a year now. The Cardiologist is treating me with blood pressure medications to help reduce the thickness of the heart muscle saying it is due to high blood pressure. My issue is I have constant pain in my heart area that is driving me crazy. It is hard to sleep, and I feel it all the time. Dr said it is most likely due to it touching other body parts? does anyone else have this or had? Does it ever go away?

No, no experience with this, and I'm not medically trained. However, there is a pretty good chance inflammation is also involved, and maybe a mild anti-inflammatory would help if you have a bit of irritation, maybe pericardial? Just wondering, not advising or prescribing anything. This is something to discuss with your expert physician.
