Low BP and Platelet count
Son has very low BP and low platelet count. All tests ran show no causes. Clean heart cath results, colonoscopy good, Gastro tests good.
BP drop from sitting to standing. Put on BP med to raise pressure. Easily fatigued with minimal exertion (walking up driveway), etc.
suspected cause or other test(s) to consider?

my blood presure is always off no matter what I do or follow
Here are some thoughts that come to me:
I am sure the Dr has done this test ....How does the Iron profile test look.
How are the kidney's doing they have are responsible in the production of RBC.
Basically the kidney's generate EPO which signals the bone marrow to produce the RBC & thus prevent anemia. Also there are some research papers where discussions about EPO having some role to play in BP
