How has your sinus infection been treated? Specifically.

I am hurting up inside my nose for a couple days now. I have been squirting saline up there. I wonder if this is a sinus infection. because my sputum got green and thick. (I'm taking Mucinex).
I go to my PCP on Tuesday, and if I need an antibiotic, I need to know what kind is acceptable with MAC.
I am going to call Dr. Swenson regarding this, but wonder what you all have done if you get a sinus infection?

I think CF'ers use toby and/or steroids which is likely mixed with saline for their chronic sinusitis.
