Good Morning All!
Had my appointment with the neurosurgeon yesterday.
The news was good and not so good.
Good news.....my cervical spine is great!
The surgical are is perfect and the stenosis is gone.
Less good news....I am going to have surgery on my L3/4, in 3-4 weeks depending on how my T-spine MRI with contrast comes out.
More less good news...….There is something in my T-spine. We don't know if it is a tumor (malignant or not?) or something else there. There's why the new T-spine MRI with contrast.
Additional less good news.....Since my C-spine is good, the pain in my shoulder and arm may be a tear (rotator cuff or something else). Have to see a orthopedic surgeon.
So there it is. Some answers, some non-answers.
By the time this is all over, I'll be the bionic woman!!!
Tomorrow I take the MRI in the morning and I have an appointment with orthopedic surgeon in the afternoon.
Yes, I am a 'real' Floridian, spending my days at doctors or shopping.
To be continued...……..

Last night I took dropper of Hemp oil and rubbed Hemp lotion on my neck. Slept all night. Best rest I have had in months. It might cost but relief is worth it buy from reputable seller

Good Morning All!
Had my appointment with the neurosurgeon yesterday.
The news was good and not so good.
Good news.....my cervical spine is great!

Grandma...you have more courage than I do. They are going to do nedle thing in my neck again but said if this does not work. Surgery might be needed. Same with lower back. I walk alot to lossen lower back. I pry the shots work. Today is second day after shits in lower and sorry to say, still hurts. Only relief is Hemp lotion. I am still dealing with dental mistakes on my teeth. See him tomorrow.

@grandmar Dr wants me to try Gabapentin so will get it tomorrow and see how it goes 1@ bedtime increase to 3 a day hope it helps I need to get nerve pain medicine I dont think Gabapentin will help nerves

I take it too. I was taking 300 two in the am and 2 in the pm. I just started to cut down because I didn't find it helped. Yesterday the doc told me to go back up.

@grandmar I have always hated to take alot of mg.I will give it a go but not that sure about it ,hesitant with such high dosage Good luck to both of us.
