Hearing test in newborns/infants

Hello,
My name is Marius Farcasanu , I'm from Romania and I have the following problem :
- My wife was born on 02/18/2016 three premature babies , two boys and a girl ;
- On audiometry, one of the boys failed the test , but doctors said it was too early to make a diagnosis .
My request is to give us advice on what is to be done next.
If the diagnosis of hearing loss will be , we want to come to your clinic for treatment.
