Neuropathy Pain at Night: What helps?
THC or marijuana for me relieves pain from neuropathy. It works every time takes a few minutes and a few puffs of smoke and it comes it down for some crazy reason that makes this drug so popular.

Hi @seeker03, Welcome to Connect. You are so right about each of us needing to find out what works to help our symptoms. Just in case you haven't seen the site, I thought I would share this link to the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy - Living Well page which has a wealth of information including research, different treatments and therapies: https://www.foundationforpn.org/living-well/
Thanks so much John!
Has anyone tried PT or massage or even acupuncture (through a neurologist office)? Would like to hear if anyone has any good results from any of these 3 therapies? Please share!
Thanks
Sheila 🙂
Reflexologist was great ! Acupuncture I did not like it wasn’t for me
Try some CBD oil drops. There is a lot of new information on how it helps with pain and it has done a lot for an elderly friend with terrible arthritis in his shoulder.
I have lkng bern curious about this and wonder if anyone has any info:

Here are a few reasons why neuropathy is/can be worse at night according to the the Cleveland Clinic.

Back when I had neuropathy pain it was worse during the day, especially when standing still.
Take care,

This article is not very helpful. I have done so much searching and it seems that no one has the answer. To the contrary, there are many opinions. Many the same as those from Cleveland Clinic.
I have mentioned in other past posts we now have the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy. I hope that in their research they find the answers to our questions about our disease.
That has been my results. Didn't think about PN Foundation
I'm currently trying thermal socks to compensate for the drop in body temperature at night and thereby reduce the nerve pain in my feet. They were suggested by someone in this forum.
