How to stop the vibrations?
Anyone have tips on stopping these vibrations? It's been a couple years and they don't let go. Only last about 30 seconds but scares me and I get all saddened and that nobody knows what's going on. I've done MRI's EEG's bloodwork and everything comes back clear. I am glad to have found this forum to know I am not alone,,,

i too have these vibrations inside me that come and go they are so strange and for me this over stimulating feeling on all my nerves that can happen during the day or in bed, and i get the cramping too, like really bad charlie horses but not in a place where a charlie normally would be..i wonder if all these different symptoms will ever be gone, each day i wake up (from not a real rested sleep) i wonder what symptom or symptoms i will have to deal with. one night i thought my husband was having a dream and his legs where shaking because it felt like the bed was shaking...it was me and the crazy thing is i was looking at my legs that felt like they where all over the place...well they where not moving, it was all internal, how is that possible??? hang in there everyone
I have bad body tremors and internal vibrations, especially at night. I take propranolol before bed and it helps.
They gave me gabapentin. Love you
I was already on that prior and it has not changed nithing.
I have those exact symptoms… I would even have my husband put his hand on my leg/calf to see if he could feel it and he couldn’t. Only once was it so bad and he was actually able to see small spots on my skin divot from what appeared to be sporadic tiny muscle spasms… for me they felt huge but he took a video so I could see and it was so hard to even see it happening but it at least showed him I’m not crazy… it was proof there was something there
I take tizinadine for the muscle cramps. 1mg usually helps when I take it before bed. My leg cramps are also like Charlie horses but not in the Same place… outer calf and even my ankle muscles that are very hard to stop because I’ll stretch in one direction and it cramps in that direction… but I can usually tell before bed on how my legs feel if it’ll bother me that night.
most of the cramps i get are in the inner thigh area and the feet..once in a while, my hands...thanks for your info..hang in there
God Bless your husband, my husband too knows all my symptoms are not in my head, it helps !
I agree that light exercise helps. I walk as much as I can. I can usually walk at least thirty minutes. To me it does feel like burning off extra adrenaline. When I feel tired I stop. Getting hot or exhausted just makes everything worse.
Doctors I have seen cannot get past anxiety diagnosis and I don’t think that’s it, though I do have anxiety. If I had a treatment leading me out of this disease, my anxiety would be history.
