Too much cold air entering the nostrils
Well...Recently I have developed a weird symptom. I think I have had it for a month. My nose has no mucus, booger and when I inhale, I feel like there is too much air entering my nostrils so I have to use something to block part of it. Otherwise I feel so uncomfortable and suffocated. My right nostril is getting worse, there is no congestion or anything and sometimes my face or nose seems to lose sensation. When the turbinates work normally, they will shrink and swell up and provide warm air but this does not happen to my nose. All the air I breathe in is cold and is not warm at all. I am just wondering what causes it because for people who have atrophic sinusitis, they will have nose blockage. But I do not, I feel my nose is so empty and too much air entering them when inhaling even my nose is not dried. I hope somebody could help.
I have checked my nose, I do not see any turbinates, only hair and the holes of my nose. I have never done any turbinate reduction or nasal surgery.

how do I flush the beta blockers out of my system
Beta blockers leave the system through the kidneys & liver - about 50% the first 24 hours, the remainder gradually over a number of days. I am not sure if there is anything you can do to hurry the process.
Here is a description, with links to several articles, of how the elimination works: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1982759/
What is your concern about the beta blockers in your system?

what about the issues with the cold nose?
I have the same problem as most of these people to much cold air coming in one of my nostrils causing it to be cold & dry. No Doctors seem to know what the problem is.
Hi there, I had the similar issue due to regular use of nasal rinse and medicated sprays for rhinitis . however using nasal oil ( sesame seed) couple of times a day has helped in lubricating the nasal passage and resolved it
sesame seed oil from the grocery store?
Did you ever get a resolve to your nose thing?
@nrd1 Hi, I hope you have found relief from your ENS! I never imagined having such a “safe and non-invasive” procedure to aid in nasal breathing could totally disrupt my life. I am desperate for help as the milder treatments have not helped. If you have found any specialists, please share with me?? Thank you!
