Hello just curious if anyone has a similar medical profile. My igg's are dropping. Dx with sjogrens, SFN, dysautonomia, and now crohns. Immunologist says not a true CVID because of my lack of UR infections. Sure have gut stuff tho. Have low igg and igm and now my iga is also below the cut-off. Ty

I have very low levels of IgG and was diagnosed with Common Variable Immune Disorder (CVID). I have been receiving IgG infusions for about 10 years now. For many years they worked very well and symptoms were greatly reduced. Unfortunately, for the past two years, my symptoms have increased. I do not have the most typical symptoms of chronic/frequent infections but rather less common digestive problem of daily episodes of vomiting and diarrhea. I would like to hear from others with CVID and learn from them what has helped and of course share what I have learned. My IgA is also low but I was told that it is of no concern as some people have no IgA.
Have you had fecal analysis- Sungenomics advertises Flore for a by mail in collection. Your situation reminds me of the difficile infection. This company supplies probiotics tailored to individal biomes. I am in process of signing up.
I got lymphoma mantel cell. Went thru Rituximad and Bendamustine. For 6months. Five year in remission on clinical trail 100mg of Acalabrutinib 2 time a day. My immune has been low resulting in sinus infection bronchitis. And Covid 3 times since Oct 2022
My oncologist think that the chemo drug killed my IGG he order the IGG infusion. I can not find any data that rituximab lowers the immunity. Any advice. On this

@ctack545 You asked about rituximab lowering your immunity. It may not, but you also get bendamustin which does affect the immune system. I found the following statement in my Drug book:
“Bendamustine affects your immune system. You may get infections more easily, even serious or fatal infections. Your doctor will need to examine you on a regular basis.
Common side effects of bendamustine may include:
fever, cough, mouth sores, trouble breathing;
low blood cell counts;
nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation;
headache, tiredness;
rash; or
loss of appetite, weight loss.’
Most chemotherapy drugs will affect your immune system. If you are very concerned, you can have a discussion with your doctor.
Have you had any other infection that worry you?

Hello @lilymol. I found a discussion with members who have discussed this very topic so you will notice that I have moved your post here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/low-levels-of-igg-iga-igm/
I did this so you can review what has been shared in the discussion already if you'd like and also so you may connect with members such as @jean9v.
What is your Immunologist suggesting for next steps?
