Constant tinnitus: Are there any solutions?

It there any solution for constant tinnitis?

I have high pitched tones constantly though I have learned to ignore it mostly.

It can become louder at times, even loud enough to make me wince!

My ear doctor told me to put a few drops of warm Hydrogen Peroxide in ear and let it in there for awhile. He gave me a couple of those plastic pipettes with bulb on one end that I load some peroxide in, then put in glass of warm water. After a minute or so I put a couple of drops in my ear and just lay there with head down for a few minutes. May not help Tinnitus, but loosens the wax.

Makes me laugh,my father once said to try this ! But he said ta hold your head down really hard! Cause you don't expect it to bubble up! Lol

Susan, Yes absolutely. Fatigue is a significant factor in my tinnitus getting worse. As well, it increases when bending over, hurrying, exercising, talking animatedly, being stressed. It’s best to try and keeps one’s life on a quiet, even keel to minimize tinnitus noise.

Does anyone know how much mullein drops and garlic to use for tinnitus?

Leaf blowers set mine off at a higher volume again, and now every neighborhood noise is aggravating again. I had made a lot of progress and hope this goes down again.

Can someone provide info on those musician's ear plugs? I have problems with pressure change when I take regular ear plugs out.

Tinnitus suffer's the only thing I have found that quiets it is Mullein Drops I put this in water or any liquid and drink this really helps I ,be had tinnitus for over 30 yrs ENT told me there is no cure but Mullein helps

Oh, I know what you mean. When I ask my husband what he just said, he gets upset with me for not listening or not paying attention. It's hard to hear things clearly when you're listening over tinnitus!
