I'm a HCM patient. I'm not sure whether it is safe to receive COVID-19 Vaccine. It is suggested by the American Heart Association to take the vaccine. But I really have concerns about the safety of COVID-19 Vaccine for HCM patient. Would anyone like to share your experience? Whether suffer side effect or so.

Good afternoon; I am a HCM patient and received both Pfizer vaccines last spring as well as the booster with no side effects...

Hello. I'm a HOCM patient and had an extended septal myectomy. When I was discharged from surgery they told me to wait 12 months before vaccine. That time has come and gone. I've elected to not get the vaccine since then. In light of so many parallel stories regarding heart issues. People reporting tachycardia and palpitations and stroke after vaccine. People I know and am close with. These people never had heart conditions prior.

I received the Pfizer vaccine and three boosters without any issues (that I am aware of).

I am a HOCM patient and I have received a total of 5 Pfizer Covid vaccines. I did get ill from the vaccines like with any other vaccine I get. Which is normal for me, otherwise nothing out of the ordinary.

I got 3. Modena 2 and 1 Pfizer. Had no effects. I did have an alcohol ablation so my flow is better. Also got recently covid for the first time. Feel some alterations on heart beat since but hoping it gets back to normal.
