Transitioned to a vegan diet. Chest heavy when I breathe. Related?

Hello! I've recently transitioned into a vegan diet and in the past week or so I've noticed my chest feel sort of heavy when I breathe. I've also noticed some irregular heart beats on occasion. Also I've experienced lightheadedness after physical exertion. Can you help me pinpoint if this is something about my change of diet that is causing this? Thank you!

No past health issues! And no I think I might have been low on hemoglobin?

If symptoms persist, I recommend seeing your doctor.

I had the same symptoms and was anemic. It took so long to figure it out that I ended up in the hospital having blood transfusions and IV iron. I had a hemoglobin level of 4 which is waaaay low. I suggest checking this out as it is a simple CBC test. Don't let it go.
