High CAC Score Supplements
I know K2, D3 and Magnesium supplements are suggested. Can anyone help me with the exact type of magnesium that should be taken (there are so many) and the recommended dosage. As well, any additional supplements that are suggested would be greatly appreciated. Brand names/dosage.
Thank you!

You seem to be very proactive; good for you! I suggest you look for a research study in your area. They are often sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. I joined a heart research study. It does not take a lot of time, I am reimbursed for my time and travel and the results, for me, have been amazingly positive. Everything is done at no charge to you and often include in depth heart scans, CTs, etc. It is quite possible that you could benefit from such a study. Good luck.
There are a few warnings re K2 ... this one relates to K2 with D3 ...

"Supplements" should be carefully evaluated ... interactions with other drugs, previous medical conditions - and, of course, whether or not you are taking in response to youtube advice.
My doc recommended K2 for my high calcium score. It’s available on Amazon (name brand) with auto delivery and very inexpensive.
So ... K2 vs icosapent ethyl or both?
