4 ReactionsFor what it worth, I think the word "Medical" in referrence to marijuana is a legal term.
Recreational Marijuana (Cannibis) products are somewhat legal in many states, so "Medical Marijuana" is no longer necessary.

2 ReactionsThank you, @cherip--I will definitely look for the paper!
I just started on a low dose of cannabis gummies at night for my central pain syndrome. I have not noticed any difference yet.
QUESTION: Has anyone with CPS had a surgery of any kind while having CPS? I may have to have rotator cuff surgery. Thanks for any input?

1 ReactionGummies that are equal parts THC/CBD are what works. But only start with 1/3 gummy (that will be just Rt) or you will have an very uncomfortable reaction. I know bc it happened to me.

2 ReactionsAfter my Pvt MD recommended it, I went to get my card which meant a 3 minute “exam” which he never got out from behind his desk. I handed the receptionist 175.00, then went and paid the 70 dollar state fee then went to the dispensary to buy some. ( I was a teenager back in the 70s and extremely used to it ) Got home took 1 small hit and almost had to crawl to the bedroom after that. Did it take care of the pain? I have no clue as I didn’t know who, what, or where I was lol. I’ve never tried it since!

1 ReactionHi, I don't live in US and THC is very controvesial in my country. People with MS can get sativex subscribed since a couple of years. Now we are getting private clinics who subscribe sativex for cronic pain. I have EDS and Fibro had cronic pain for many years , some years back you could buy CBD oil with like 2% THC and on max doses It did help a bit than it got illegal and now only CBD oil is leagal, but that doesn't help at all. So I called this clinic and all fine until I told them I've had 3 SCAD heartattacks. They clame studies shows that THC can induce heartattacks. Is that true? Can't find any of those studies. Sure if your goal is to be high as a kite all day long there can be problems i suppose but all I've read is that it's a safe natural medicin
Have a nice day

4 ReactionsYes, medical marijuana has been used to treat chronic pain and may provide an alternative to Vicodin. Studies have suggested that marijuana may help reduce pain, inflammation, and spasticity associated with certain chronic conditions. However, it is important to note that marijuana is still a Schedule I drug in the United States and its use is regulated by state law.

3 ReactionsSadly, I find marijuana intensifies my pains. Particularly foot and leg. Nothing I do relieves it, massage feels good but gives no long-term effects. I have to wait until it wears off. Am I doing too much? Not enough?
