Yes, I live in the Boston area with excellent ophthalmologists.
I use a combination of Serum Tears and Cequa. Works very well.

I use Systane Hydratio PF every day. I tried coconut oil, and ended up with a cyst in the corner of my eye from it. Some nights I use Systane or Genteal gel, but I really don't like the gloppy glue feel of the gel.

Warm compress for 10 minutes once a day during the afternoon, plus after I wash my face morning and night, rinse the washcloth in hot water, wring, and hold that on my eyes for a count of 10.

Thanks . I have Sjogrens Syndrome too, unfortunately. Do you take any medication for Sjogren? Methotrexate or Azathioprine?

I have very dry eyes and have tried almost everything. The best thing that works for me now is a nasal spray called Tyrvaya nasal spray. There is a nerve in your nasal mucosa that stimulates the production of tears. I also use Cequa, but the nasal spray has truly been a godsend at night I put in Muro 128 ointment .

@tennisgolf Sorry to hear about your experience, I also suffer from dry eyes and as you, they got worse after cataract surgery. I use herbal tea bags warmed in water, and I find them very soothing. All the best, Isabel

I'm going to try that. My Dr told me to use Systane lubricant eye drops and his aide told me to heat water and dip a hand towel in it and put that over my eye for a few minutes 2 or 3 times a day That it helps to unclog some tiny ? located in the lower eyelid. Sounds like something in the lower eyelid can get clogged & the heat helps loosen it. Not too hot.

I POSTED THIS A WHILE AGO STILL LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE WITH SLK

Superior Limbic Keratoconjunctivitis. I have been plagued with this condition for about 10 years. Anyone else?
My eyes are sometimes so dry my eyelid literally sticks to my eyeball. Horrible disease! In the past I have worn “bandage” contacts so the eyelid doesn’t scrape my eye too much when I blink. It’s gotten better the last few years. I notice that it is almost seasonal now. Ugh!
