@judithjoy, a grandmother is a mother as well and with much more experience. Sad that your daughter seems to resent that your grandchildren want to spend time with you. How old are they now?

Greetings. I live about 2000 miles from my grandchildren. It is my daughter-in-law that is jealous of my relationship with my grandchildren. She i controlling personality in general about everything. My only consolation is when I am with them (their other grandmother lives 5 minutes from them, lucky woman) they tell me I am their favorite. I know I am and when they are older some day I will be there physically as well as always there for all their needs because they will have a choice. Enjoy ur facetime with them. My son and his wife don't have time to set us up so I send letters.

I have taken Pramipexole for over 30 years for RLS with very good results. I was diagnosed with RLS in my early 30’s. I started with one 0.5 mg tab @ bedtime and eventually added 0.5mg. I am now 93 and taking 1.5mg @ bedtime.

Hi everyone.. I have had RLS for years. I’ve taken iron supplements / didn’t work. I’ve taken over counter meds / no luck. I’ve done tons of research like I’m sure everyone has. I bought a weighted blanket 50 lbs and I use A535 lotion and a heating pad and I found this product called Calm. It’s a magnesium powder and I get some sleep after I’ve done all this. Hope maybe this might help others. It’s a horrible disease. People don’t understand unless they have it.

I’ve has RLS for over 50 years. I’ve taken a mild antidepressant, Trazadone, since 1995. I’d say the only thing it does for me is make me sleepy. It’s helped me

I agree, only people with RLS really understand the torture we go through.
I've had RLS for about 40 years. I recently started taking pramipexole and
it does let me get some sleep. However, it requires a prescription. It's nice
to correspond with someone who understands.
