Yes, a big rip-off. I also flushed the 9 grand down the toilet. If you have any other approaches that are better and cheaper, please share. My neuropathy is in my feet.

1 ReactionAt this point it is just research. A local doctor does the treatments but tells you up front
that it costs $14,000 and is not covered by Medicare or insurance.
Thank you for transferring me to this existing discussion!

2 ReactionsI have a meeting with a chiropractor next week who claims to be able to "wake up" dead nerve cells with one or both of these methods. I am unable to find anyone who has had success with these treatments so the reason for my inquiry.

1 ReactionThere are a lot of the chiropractor clinics that claim to "cure" neuropathy but I'm not aware of anyone who has received stem cell therapy that fixed their neuropathy symptoms. Back in August of 2018 we had a guest speaker who has done a lot of research on stem cell therapy at the Minnesota Neuropathy Association. I took notes and a lot of links on his talk and while some of the information was hopeful, I don't believe there have been any breakthroughs yet.
Speaker: William Hoffman of the U of M Medical School
Topic: Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine: A Revolution Picks Up the Pace

I guess I would do a little research of the science involved that the chiropractor is using. You might find this handbook helpful also.
