Does Mayo Clinic use stem cell therapy for neuropathic issues? Have any of you tried stem cell therapy?

I heard of this from a Dr. friend in Canada. I'd be willing to try it BUT where is it done in the US? I'm also sure it's not covered.

It covered in US. Considered experimental by Medicare and insurance.

It didn't help my son. My son has had all over body pain since a 1996 work accident. We've tried everything we know of. We were hopeful. But, for us, it was a waste of time and resources.
