Gabapentin for sleep

Is anyone on gabapentin for sleep? If so how much (dose) to start?

Didn't work. Bad nightmares. I've tried many drugs to no avail. I'm a drug resistant insomiac. Accidentally discovered forceful worked for me, but would never recommend it. Side effects can be desasterous.

What do you mean by forceful?

I take Gabapentin 300mg at bedtime for neuropathy. It did seem to help with sleep when I first started taking it but after 6 months it doesn't seem to help with sleep but has helped neuropathy.
