Do blood pressure meds and/or supplements help cholesterol?

Cardiologist said these won’t hurt if taking, but none of them will help with my cholesterol levels, it’s a waste of money; so I’m assuming he doesn’t recommend taking for blood pressure either.

@gator123 I,ve been on rosuvastatin and have had no side effects ,all othets Dr tried on me gave me muscle problems Good luck.Ive been on this at least 6 yrs

No kind of pain huh . Do you take any supplements

@gator123 Yes I have all my life taken vit,minerals but I have tried every kind of statin out there this is the only one that doesn't give me any side effects
