@bunzman The pressure/heaviness is kind of like an engine governor as it keeps me from doing as much/as fast/as long like I used to less than a year ago and even this past summer in June and July when I was recovered from covid but before the first shot. The heaviest inflammation and resulting fatigue tends to increase after activity that I now consider strenuous where it wasn't very strenuous before. 8-16 hours or more after the activity rather than instantly after. I hear it called "Post Exertional Malaise" when I hear others speak about the fatigue symptoms.

Stick with it and pursue help as this journey in terms of getting insight into the "post" covid has just started. We've had different strains and who knows how each one in terms of post complications have something to show us. Not sure if your exercising should be controlled and you shouldn't push it , but get a dedicated health professional specializing in this to follow you on this...I have a friend who has feelings of cold feet and hands as a precursor to aches and shortness of breadth. Very different stuff, but hopefully the most important pieces of the puzzle will become more obvious as we begin to know what we're looking at...

thanks to all who have been posting re: Covid and vaccinations complications. My husband has had the same issues - Covid in 2/20, vaccinated last March/April and boosted in Dec. Was really starting to do much better and debated whether to do booster - should not have done so. Back to square 1. Similar health prior to all of this re: being very active, fit lifestyle and now has issues with lack of stamina/fatigue, shortness of breath, daily major headaches, sound/noise sensitivity, chaos sensitivity, speech impairment (dysarthria), brain fog, depression, etc. it is very disheartening. Beginning to see broader medical cognizance of the issues surrounding long covid but very little yet on treatment options/recs. Has been on numerous supplements and attempting to do more low impact exercising (elliptical). Hope like hell we can find more answers in near future but it is good to have this forum to share and provide support to each other. For this I am extremely thankful. Good luck @ebergfeld . I bet you are having a hard time finding anybody to tell you / your hubby that he may have a vax injury as a result of the shot(s)??? It is hard, if not impossible to prove, and thus that is why we won't hear that from anyone anytime soon but we have our suspicions don't we? I wish you well and yes please continue to post if you find a solution to his issues and I will as well. How dare they force this shot on us/anybody.

Is there any new research relating to Natural Immunity vs Vaccinations for individuals who had Monoclonal Antibody Treatment and Severe Covid?

Update: My husband recieved pfizer vaccine 3 months after his hospitalization/ventilation. He did both doses and had no side effects, and is doing really well. He was able to return to work on March 1st.

I for one prefer Moderna. Due to your husband’s age, however, based on general reading I do, there would be no reason for him not to get Johnson and Johnson. However I believe Moderna is more effective and that is the one my doctor told me to get.
