Hello All! I went to my first gym class yesterday. Thought I would start
off slow and did the Silver Sneakers class. I was the youngest in there at age
58; the others were 65+. I gotta tell you, they kicked my butt! What a fun
workout though. Their exercises are designed to work the brain too. I only had
to stop twice in the hour and twenty minutes to catch my breath. Look forward to
the next one on Monday! -Terri M.

@windwalker, Terri that is such a good idea .. anything you can do to build up your body will be nothing but wonderful for your body .. lung transplant or not .. it will be nothing but beneficial!! Hugs! Katherine
Windwalker....I was at Costco today and ran into the Lynn....the woman I told you about who had the bilateral lung transplant. I told her about you ( no name) asking questions re transplant....she asked me to ask you if you want to talk to her or email privately terriD
Terri, that is very thoughtful of you .. I will also message Colleen and see if there is possibly a Forum like our that might be helpful for @windwalker .. Terri .. possibly answer 'pre' questions etc for her. Hugs to both of you!
Thumbs up on beginning the exercise class @windwalker. Do keep us posted on your progress or just reach out when you need encouragement to keep going.
