Has anyone tried Yupelri or Zephyr implant?

Hi again. Just wondering if anyone has been prescribed the nebulizer solution 'Yupelri?" If so, did it help open up your airways at all? Did you have any side-effects? I developed an intense 3-day headache after using it for a few days. It did not help my congestion either. What about the "Zephyr Valve?" Has anyone had those valves inserted surgically? As you can see, I am getting somewhat desperate. They released me from the hospital and kept me on Prednisone, which was never on before like this (well, one small dose awhile back. Not like this). It does not seem like a taper off: 10 mg. 3 times per day for 5 days, then 10 mg. twice a day for 5 days, then zilch. I have been on about 20-30 mg. of Prednisone now daily for over one month, with the ER, Statcare, and then recent hospitalization all prescribing it in different doses. The last time it went from 20 mg. to nothing, and that's when I had to go to Statcare barely able to breathe. Probably from the sudden withdrawal. So, in about 5 days I will suddenly stop, and still now having problems breathing...shortness of breath, wheezing, etc. Never had anything like this in my life. You would think with breathing issues this bad, there would have been some indication of lung problems prior. Can't wait to see the Pulm Doc from Survivors Corps. that this site recommended, to see if Covid is the reason for all this.

@thomason,with respect to your questions about Yupelri (Revefenacin Inhalation Solution), @auntnanny may have some experience to share with you.

Dear Colleen, Thank-you very much for the pertinent info! Yes, sine having Covid, my lungs are worse. I was a health-nut before this---mowed with a push mower one acre! I feel this has ruined me.

Dear Colleen, Sounds great. Just too bad there has to even be such a group...The Doctors here do their best, but for some reason, they will blame symptoms on everything BUT Covid.Yes, I smoked--quit 30 years ago. The doctors declare: "THAT'S IT!!! YOU SMOKED!" There is no way i am discounting the bad effects of smoking, but the first Pulmonologist I went to told me that if it has been 30 years since quitting, he doesn't even consider it part of his diagnoses. Yet, the recent doctors I have seen jump right on that smoking boat. Even when I explain how my lungs were great before Covid. It does not matter to them. To them, smoking has got to be the reason. Obviously, with many doctors not realizing the after-effects of Covid, the groups you have kindly shown to me, are highly needed! Thank-you, Colleen for being a caring person! God is watching.
