I still have a few of them. There were larger areas that went away. The small ones don't seem to be a problem. Since I live in an area with a of mosquitos, I some time pick at the them as I would bites. Doesn't seem to be a problem.

@william66 I read that they could be caused by bleeding under the skin. I go to my hematologist at the end of the month, so I'll know more then.

Yeh, they just started showing up. But I'm not going to worry about it.

Same here. I had an extensive blood clot in my leg up through my pelvis, and then the doctor checked me for a FacV. So he put me on Eliquis for the rest of my life because of the clotting gene.

Are we talking about petechiea here? I have little red dots and they are caused by aromatase inhibitor medication I’m taking.

Recently, I was diagnosed withFacV…. And I’ve been on Eliquis since January.’26…. I have this sponginess in both legs down by my toes… Daily compression socks, Eliquis, rejuvenate vibrating ankle straps…., Will the swelling or the sponginess ever go down?

I have the red spots on either side of my belly button, I thought it was a result of Besremi, but it could be Xeralto.

@bigk2u did you have a blood clot? I had an extensive one in my left leg and that leg has never been the same and the doctor confirmed no it won’t be. It is always a little more swollen than my other leg no matter what I do and it’s even a different color and I’ve had ultrasounds of it, so it’s OK but It’s not gonna ever be like it was. And since I have the Fac5 gene, the hematologist is insisting that I stay on the Eliquis.

Hi all. I was diagnosed with 2 DVTs in my left leg in May. Gone on followup in August after being on Eliquis. Had all the testing and since they found no cause for the DVTS will be on it for life. I have only been on it since May and so far no red spots. Thanks for everyone's input on this question. I will follow your insights.
