Advice for erection problems etc
Hello I’m 65 in decent physical condition, just the normal high cholesterol, blood pressure issues. Take meds for those and mild anti depressants. The ED meds help get an errction but can not ejaculate. No sensitivity. No prostTe pain and no excessive urination. Anyone experience this and if so what is a next step or possible treatment?

@crossette unfortunately when my wife started putting x marks on her calendar how many times we had sex per week as a gift after the life I given her working 10 hr days driving 300 miles a day and then making dinner since she can’t boil an egg , I was better off watching porn and using my skilled hands .eventually all by things come to an end if I were younger I’d get a divorce and find someone who isn’t so spoiled, but too late for me , you guys who get prostate cancer at a much younger age if your wife uses a calendar , find someone else
@crossette All I know is what AI says. She really has to want to change.

@muscledad happy for you did you have surgery or radiation bit both as I did , can you get it 3 times a week like I use to then it became once or twice was enough, in my next life I want to be a hot blonde and look for a handsome rich guy and give him whatever he wants , sounds fair to me , no wonder our Mid Eastern friends aren’t afraid of death 20 virgins waiting for you , count me in , have to laugh or cry each day different unfortunately.
@graybeard46 what?
@muscledad lol
I have bph and take finesteride and tadalafil 5mg daily(cialis) 2 months now , before was using trimix (30 units)with great results. Now urologist says use extra tadalafil (15 more) for sex on the day. Tried it with little results.
Was wondering about using trimix with the 5 and or 20mg of tadalafil. Any comments from experience

1 Reaction@arctic22 I'm 72, had HoLep done 2 years ago, took about a year for good erections to stabilize, and was off BP meds. My doctor put me back on BP med about 7 months ago, but even then could get sustaining erections...until recently! I'm now struggling with KEEPING an erection, which is very frustrating for me - my wife is a real trooper throughout this whole ordeal! I'm now wondering if it's the BP meds or something else. I'm in excellent health and active! The desire is strongly there, but even with taking Cialis 20mg for many years, it doesn't seem to be helping much. I mean, I can get a good erection while standing up, holding my wife and her responses are very stimulating. But when I go to enter her, I lose the erection right away - even using a gel!
I've seen a lot of implants but they just seem awfully awkward, with the pump being the one my urologist suggested, but I'm not keen at having to "air up" my penis before sex! Seems very mechanical.
I will look into the Franktalk site but would like some continued information about this subject.
@jsimek I've used Cialis 20mg for more than 20 years now - I'm 73 - and always it worked. I had HoLep surgery two years ago and had continued good results up until a couple months, or so, ago. I'm in excellent health and active. I had to go back on BP meds about 7 months ago, but it didn't seem to cause any issues until a couple months ago. Upon advice from my urologist, he had me taking 5mg per day - to keep the blood flow up - and take 3 more when I'm ready for sex. That kind of worked but now I'm having real issue with staying hard! I'm not sure where to go from here, but I'm going to try taking a 20mg pill a couple hours before bedtime tonight and see what happens...!
I'm also looking into possibly taking some cinnamon powder, which supposed to help with blood flow and see if that helps.
@air4daveCheck into a MPP which is an implant which are 2 bendable rods so your erect all the time ..no pump ..simple surgery .. I have had mine foir over 3 years ..message me privately if you want more info
