Do you mean you take a medicine, tacrolimus? If so, then this is an immune surpressant. I use it for an organ transplant.

I have not tried this, all of the meds I was doing for my mouth was prescribed by my doctor at Chicago Rush Hospital. 2 antibiotics a steroid for mouth wash a steroid for gums and Prednisone. I am now off all steroids and will be on the antibiotics for another 1 1/2 years at least.

I have not tried this medicine. I was on 2 antibiotics, Doxycycline and Mycophenolate.

I’ve recently been DX’d with MMP, have had mouth sores bleeding gums, sore dry eyes,/nasal passages, Im using steroid ointments on gums and Restasis for my eyes. Im unable to tolerate the Tetracyclines, dues to reflux and severe burning in my mouth,tongue My Dermatologist has suggested Dupixent injections every 2 wks, has anyone had success with that? It’s Very expensive.

Welcome @slinger51, I don't have any experience with Dupixent injections but thought I did a search of Connect using "Dupixent injections" and it lists members who have discussed them in other discussions. I thought you might like to scan through the discussions and comments while you wait for others to share their experience with Dupixent injections.
