I saw an infomercial for "Pure Lung", a supplement based on Manuka Honey MGO 400, and other projected helpful ingredients, which according to claims cleans alveoli.

Ingredients listed are: Niacin, Calcium, L-Arginine (base), L-Arginine AKG 2; 1Extract, L-Citruline HCL, Citruline Malate, and Beta Alanine.

I'm searching for more information but has anyone tried this? Its in a white and green plastic.

@dt67b89 It’s just another snake oil enticing desperate people. Don’t fall for it. If you have a rare disease called PAP, then there’s a new procedure done in the hospital called “whole lung lavage”. They put you asleep and literally wash out one lung at a time. Exercise and drink lotsa water is more effective than anything you can buy on the internet. Don’t smoke/vape ANYTHING and keep your home air clean with a good air purifier.

Totally agree 100%. All kinds of magic potions suddenly appear once your COPD condition is in the algorithm, with promises of cures your doctor won't tell you about because big Pharma doesn't want you to know.
Believe me if Big Pharma had a cure, they'd be the first ones out there marketing it for profit. Don't fall for scams and false promises. As @stevec says, drinks lots of water, exercise the best you can, don't buy anything from the internet.

@pierrew Agree. I like to recall a famous quote from Abraham Lincoln. Abe said, "You can't believe half of what you read online."

@dt67b89 I totally agree with you. Don’t waste your money on these supplements that virtually do nothing except empty your pockets! Some of the advertisements seem really convincing. I’ve been tempted too….

@caseymydog1226 Mullein Leaf Extract works, but there are many out there. Original Drops are not very good. I am trying to find the first brand I bought because it worked really well. Liquid you put it in water or right under your tongue. I put mine right under my tongue.
