Following tooth extraction
Hi,
I have Bronchiectasis and do only Huff Coughing for airway clearance. I have hardly any mucus. Most of it is bubbly saliva. However, yesterday I had a tooth extracted and my dentist told me not to do Huff Coughing until I see her again in 12 days. I get constipated if I use a nebulizer. I got a bit anxious about airway clearance after she told me not to do it.
Has anyone else experienced something like this, and how did you resolve the dilemma? I think I should be ok, but I'm nervous since it will be almost two weeks without bringing up mucus.
I have a call into my pulmonologist.

@rozie83 Did your pulmonologist respond with any recommendation?
Perhaps you can try some postural drainage to move the mucus? Here is a helpful video:
