@sillyblone - I'm terribly sorry to hear about this. That is so much loss in a short time. Please do allow yourself to grieve. If you feel like you have more to process than you could talk out with your friends, do consider going to a therapist specializing in grief.

A grief support group (like they have at hospitals, hospices and churches) really helped me a lot when my father died. It was very helpful to be in a room weekly with people who all wanted to talk about loss and grief.

@lisalucier Not to bad! Until I heard the song “You Are The Reason “. It was a song we sang together and we would sing it to each other! My spouse was taking speech therapy and talking out was really reinforced by the therapist! We listen to all kinds of songs we liked and it really helped him! We had song songs on trips in the car! Anything that reminds me of him triggers tears! I do see a counselor and she is terrific! I know I have access to hospice as well! I think it is to new for me to share with a group! I would be crying more than talking about my feelings!
