Eczema started at age seventy?
I'm sure that my immune system has been compromised.. i have severe flare-ups of Eczema and inflammation that I never had before. I was healthy and active until this began about a month ago, and it is wreaking havoc. In short, i'm confused and miserable.

2 ReactionsStarting to experience eczema and inflammation is a horrible and worrying experience, made worse by the seeming lack of understanding and ways to return to previous health.
I have both and like you think it stems from compromised immunity and, it seems, and ever increasing number of allergens that cause flare-ups to either my skin or gastric tract (dermatitis from the adhesive on band-aids is the latest).
Have you any idea what caused or how your immune system was compromised?

Are you currently seeing rheumatologists for treatment? If you can’t get an appointment, call a dermatologist for help with the eczema and inflammation.. . . Even if it’s just short treatment. Explain that you have an upcoming appointment with a rheumatologist. Things are not usually done this way, but your misery is too much.
