@ravenup Interesting video, how did you find it? My main concern is the commercials - is this just a long ad for his paid courses and the books he is selling?
The info is good - we already know from extensive studies about the health benefits of green tea, dietary fiber and dark chocolate. But nothing new or earth shattering, and honestly nothing different for lung health than for our health in general. What I would appreciate a lot more is links to the underlying scientific studies showing that this is any different from a good diet in promoting lung health...
If you look at all the dedicated videos about nutrition from NJH (National Jewish Health) and NTM.org, this is a reinforcement of their good advice.

2 ReactionsI’m sorry, but I believe the only videos without ads are paid to be ad free.
I totally understand and agree that it’s become so competitive we lose the patience to listen to an hour’s worth of what is common sense.
Have you heard of Dr Sircus? I can’t begin to describe how invaluable his research is. I totally enjoy his daily emails as a free subscriber.

I watch Dr. Li ( He is the co-founder and CEO of the Angiogenesis Foundation, which focuses on the study of angiogenesis and has developed therapies for cancer treatment). I do not think he pushes his book; the videos have good information for healthy foods. Here are the foods.
Lentils
Chickpeas
Black Beans
Raspberries
Mango
Guava
Artichoke
Avocado
Brussel Sprouts
Mushrooms
Pears
Figs dried
Popcorn with rosemary
Dark Chocolate , 80% & higher
Green Tea

1 Reaction@aprilradek I'm glad you find the videos helpful, every tool helps when we are fighting diseases. The list of foods is common to many practitioners and nutritionists promoting a healthy diet, the problem is getting the word out and convincing people to ditch their routine of convenience foods, takeout, and the familiar, in favor of healthier options.
Almost everything on the list is in our diet - although I admit I still have not developed a liking for brussels sprouts in any form!

1 Reaction@sueinmn air fried with hot honey. We spritz with just a bit of evoo and put in our air fryer. I get a hot (spicy) honey and put some gluten free soy in it. Sometime coconut aminos. The crunch and the spice hide the flavor. ( I share your dislike. Hahah)
