@aprilradek I'm glad you find the videos helpful, every tool helps when we are fighting diseases. The list of foods is common to many practitioners and nutritionists promoting a healthy diet, the problem is getting the word out and convincing people to ditch their routine of convenience foods, takeout, and the familiar, in favor of healthier options.
Almost everything on the list is in our diet - although I admit I still have not developed a liking for brussels sprouts in any form!

@sueinmn air fried with hot honey. We spritz with just a bit of evoo and put in our air fryer. I get a hot (spicy) honey and put some gluten free soy in it. Sometime coconut aminos. The crunch and the spice hide the flavor. ( I share your dislike. Hahah)
