@muscledad That is not true. Maybe during puberty. If true, then you might want to get your hormones checked for balance. Or stop watching phone porn while at work.
Is your spouse not able to stimulate you sufficiently?
You’ve received good advice about getting help for your problem. One very experienced sex therapist whom I’ve worked with in the past does virtual sessions online in case you need a referral: https://www.martyklein.com/sex-therapist-licensed-marriage-family-therapist/
Most of us men have issues such as yours that are very treatable. Best of luck to you.
A 29 y.o. male should not have difficulty getting an erection. You said you saw a urologist who gave you the meds and he didn’t think anything was wrong. Did he perform any testing on you or do any blood work? He referred you to a therapist because he feels since your plumbing is fine it must be in your head (the one on your shoulders).
Have you masturbated lately? Do you still get turned on by the sight of a naked woman or man? Try the postage stamp test to check your erection. Get a small roll of postage stamps and wrap once around your dick flaccid and seal the ends. If you get a nocturnal erection the stamps will come apart. If it turns out you have ED you need to see a cardiologist ASAP. If some of the smallest vessels in your body are clogged than other more important small vessels are clogged or on that path. Reality sucks!

I’ve been looking into natural male-vitality supplements myself, and one I came across is Jeemya Men’s Vitality. It contains things like Tongkat Ali, maca, L-arginine, ginseng, and zinc, which are used to support male vitality, energy, stamina, and healthy circulation.
I wouldn’t expect a supplement to work like an ED medication or claim that it will restore desire, but I like the idea of supporting general vitality rather than jumping straight to something stronger. That said, at 78 I’d definitely talk with your doctor before taking anything—even something natural—because “natural” doesn’t automatically mean risk-free, and some supplements can interact with medications. Your doctor can also check whether the loss of desire or erection is coming from an underlying issue that should be addressed.
You can check out this one and see its ingredients and tell you doctor about it:
