Yes, one option is Embolization but not sure how successful it is whereas a penile implant would probably be more effective over time.
Here is some information on Venous Leak,

Blood work all came back normal I’m so confused
@stephonadams19 a week is recent enough to suggest the plumbing works. The premature ejaculation after getting hard on your own suggests there is an anxiety component. Find a urologist and a therapist that specialize in sexual health. You are 29. Stop the meds and stay away from porn and relax. Give yourself time to reset, but get with the right Specialists including a therapist that works with sexual dysfunction. Explain what is happening to your partner. Agree to physical intimacy for a while that excludes you having to be hard. Use your hand and mouth to give your partner pleasure. But first, get the right help. This is fixable and you do not need to navigate it alone.

1 ReactionSome meds can cause issues too. Many moons ago I was prescribed Accupril for high BP. It caused ED to the point that there wasn't enough Viagra in the state to overcome it.
Here is a link that might help:

@stephonadams19 At your age I would think the problem is more likely psychological than medical. I think the recommendation of a therapist is a good one. Worth a try, no shame in that.
Lots of good thoughts here...I also frequently have to remind myself that I didn't take all the therapies because I wanted to, it was necessary to save my life. I went through about 60 years without taking any drug or major medical procedures. Part of my PCa treatment was ADT that I took for 4 months that completely messed up my hormone system with not only some ED buy a variety of other symptoms like weakness, hot flashes, etc. I've seen many Drs. and continue to pursue a solution, but, I'm mostly told, 'sucks for you'. Best of luck in your pursuit of a working solution. BTW, my urologist said, with a smile, 'as we like to say, if you have a penis, we can may it hard'.
At 29 u should have several full erections a day
@muscledad I used to now I’m not even waking up with morning wood smh
@stephonadams19 If you feel nervous or anxious anticipating the sexual encounter, then that will destroy an erection in seconds before any chance of penetration, or if you get an erection and the fear of losing it makes you rush the whole experience you end up with premature ejaculation. If either is the case, then the likely issue is performance anxiety. The gold standard for help in this is a sex therapist. It may take several sessions as this issue rarely has a quick solution. Don't be bothered about seeing one and opening up - they are highly trained and have heard it all before and have helped couples hundreds of times. I say "couples" as in the end, although most guys want to take on this issue alone, the solution usually requires your partner to be completely involved.
If you can still get an erection, then it sounds like everything still works down there. Not having a morning erection for a week generally is not overly concerning, as other factors may be attributing to it (i.e lack of sleep, stress, alcohol, etc). Not having a morning erection for several weeks is something else that should be investigated.
