Yes or no because I have hashimotos cant gain weight haven’t got checked yet so i might have secondary adrenal insufficiency do u think so? Is this blood work a clue ?!

I have hashimotos n developed hypothyroidism. The symptom is weight gain but mine is opposite. I have no idea but I am on levothyroxine.
No i have hashimotos and hypothyroidism and im tired every day so thats why i probably have secondary adrenal insufficiency idk if i do but my medication is not helping my tiredness thats why i think the thyroid has nothing to do with it now idk
