No i have hashimotos and hypothyroidism and im tired every day so thats why i probably have secondary adrenal insufficiency idk if i do but my medication is not helping my tiredness thats why i think the thyroid has nothing to do with it now idk

@imautistic I'm sorry you're having these issues. Not sure if this has been discussed but your Thyroid medication dose may need to be increased and a lifestyle review by your endocrinologist would be helpful before you look to other conditions that can cause extra fatigue. A cortisol test for suspected low cortisol levels should be performed early in the morning.
The correct test for adrenal insufficiency is an ACTH stimulation test, which should be ordered by an endocrinologist.
