Women often either have forgotten or never knew that we have testosterone receptors as well as estrogen receptors. A hormone balance is important!!!

1 ReactionI'm 75, uterus removed at age 34. I took Premarin for decades, stopped that 20 yrs ago due to negative studies. I haven't had serious symptoms, but some sleep deprivation, hypothyroid (on levo.) and some prolapse & rectocele, which made me start searching for answers. (At my age, surgery is dicey at best, so avoiding that.) I tried estradiol cream and progesterone cream (OTC from Parlor-Games), along with magnesium cream on feet at night and noticed better sleep. Then I discovered Wild Yam Cream! I stopped the estr/prog.creams and switched to Wild Yam Cream, a tiny smear daily. Voila! Even my prolapse issue is not as severe; I wasn't expecting that.
