I have numb feet and toes. I would appreciate an answer

My numb legs, feet and toes are caused by neuropathy. Any suggestions to help with this situation.

My specialist says caused by lack of oxygen with pulmonary fibrosis.
Magnesium cream massaged at night helps a little as does keeping legs warm with tights, socks etc

Yes some cramping and little numbness and sometimes very sharp nerve pain in toes of left foot in bed will wake me up. I apply Nervive roll on for pain and Theraworx spray for cramping on both feet. The little toe and next one on left foot are the worst. They have curled under a bit. All my issues seem to be on the left side of me!

Hi,
I have numbness in my right foot and sometimes my right calf. But everyday I take Nervive daytime pills and at night I take Nervive night time pills which help with the neuropathy. My doctor said I got the permanent neuropathy in my foot after i experienced shingles down that side of my body and the pain (neuropathy) never left my foot. Try Nervive pills they work for me

I had shingles too. Twice! Once on forehead ,once on shoulder to breast. I also fractured my left shoulder.
Everything seems to be on my left side.
I also have rib cramps and pain. Strange. Left ear , left head, left throat, left shoulder, left leg ,left foot,
I don’t think it’s coincidence.
