Red light therapy
Hi, I’m 62 yr old female with multiple issues, Hasimotos,neuropathy and lung and heart issues. I joined a gym for the first time and they offer Beauty Angel red light therapy with my membership. I have been using it 12 minutes, 3 times a week like recommended. Has anyone tried and had luck with this.

@bonandrods hi. 👋 have been using my red light therapy mat for about 8 months!!!!! Absolutely love it!!!!MS 39 years a nurse recommended
Thanks for doing the research . I look forward to hearing the results.
@megz yes!! I'm glad you said this. I was also told to not use my RLT while taking prednisone. Always ask your provider if you have any concerns.
Yes, I just started using a red light therapy device for weight loss and surprisingly found it significantly reduced my inflammation! I had to keep running to the bathroom because of all the fluid I started to shed during my session. This was a happy surprise. I was just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis after my back deteriorated rapidly, resulting in severe stenosis. I had two vertebrae fused and had so much bone removed they had to build a titanium cage to stabilize my back. I was also just diagnosed with Osteoporosis after breaking my leg while recovering from the back surgery. The Rheumatologist put me on an NSAID, which my neurosurgeon said would prevent bone growth so I discontinued it and was looking for something that would address the pain that the NSAID effectively helped. Now I think this red light therapy may do that. Much to my surprise, the research says it does help with inflammation. It would be great if it does!
@gwendrews
I have a small handheld red lite device i use on my face. How big and how do you apply the device that you have to effectively cover the area to help with your inflammation?
thank you so much,
