Why do I have dangerously low and dangerously high blood pressure?
What is it called and the cause, when blood pressure simultaneously goes dangerously low and dangerously high in short periods of time? This can happen 2 or 3 times a day. Dangerously high blood pressure can be brought on by simply relaxing too long (resting, reading, watching TV, etc). Dangerously low blood pressure can be brought on by being active too long (yard work, chores, exercising etc). If I am inactive too long and my BP goes too high, I can become active and it will drop. If I am active too long my BP will drop too low, I can become inactive and it will rise. I have been dealing with this for years and I have been to many doctors in this area, but no one has a clue why. Other than the BP issue I'm in good health but that is getting harder to deal with as I age.

@larryhayes Cold weather will make the arteries constrict which I think makes the heart need to pump harder, I may be wrong. But have you looked into a pace maker that will tell the heart what it needs to beat? Would a pace maker be of any help? This I do not really know either. I am learning as I go with my heart.
@krg12267 I have that, but I have an adrenal Disorder with renin and aldoserone. I’ve had 24 hour urine testing and labs. I’ve been to an endocrinologist and I’ve been to a nephrologist and unfortunately, I have care gaps that can’t be filled in. I’ve been to cardiology as well. Things where I live there’s a lack of quality care and I haven’t been able to find out what’s going on. But they have been replacing my potassium. It gets very low. I’m hoping you can find the care that you deserve and that you need. no one should have to go through this. I really hope you find your way soon.
what is high and low to you? You didn't mention any symptoms either. So if you don't have symptoms and the docs aren't worried maybe there is nothing to worry about!
Have you had your thyroid checked I would go to a specialist and see also maybe it's your adrenal gland. Those are the two things that I know that change your blood pressure
