PSA Number with age
I'm just curious what everyone's last PSA number was and their age.
I'm 71, and my last PSA was 5.7.
It was always in the 2-3 range until my UroLift and then it went to the 5 range. Now, after three years post procedure, it is stable in the 5s.

I'm 68 and started keeping track since 2018. The PSA has been from 6.9 to 10.0. In April of this year, it was 7.38.
I’m 74 and mine is 1.4 currently. Started out at 1.1 and the highest was 1.7 a few years back.
I am 75 and my PSA was at 0.6 last month. Have never been over 1.0.
I am 79. Mine is now 0.8 and has been up to 6.8 at age 75. After radiation it decreased to the current 0.8. Several side effects along the way.
I’m 74, & my PSA in March was 8.29 (slightly down from 8.5 in May 2025).
These numbers everyone is reporting really do not mean much without proper context. For example: do you have BPH, have you been treated for BPH, if so what. Were you diagnosed with cancer, if so what stage is the cancer. Do you take any medications, what is your weight, did you have a UTI or prostate infection, when was the last time you ejaculated, etc. All these factor into the PSA blood test reading. Your Urologist should also order the percent free PSA level as over 25% free indicates a lower cancer risk. After HoLEP your PSA should be below 1.0
BTW after my HoLEP the PSA is 0.22. Hope this helps...
