Are you being treated for Stargardt disease?

My brother was diagnosed with stargarts many years ago. He has gone to the University of Iowa but was told if any treatment ever comes up they will contact him. He has a Tesla car. Sees somewhat with peripheral vision. He’s very smart so has been able to adapt. His other senses have become more acute.

Despite SELF drive Tesla
Does one qualify for drivers license?
Still need to have another person in car behind steering wheel?
