MDS and sleep
If you have MDS do you think it has anything to do with not sleeping all night? I wake up 3-4 am every night. I will be up for an hour or so then go back to sleep until 9 am or so and I've never had that problem a few years back.

My husband has MDS and he does not sleep well at night too, but is so tired and sleeps in the day time.
My MDS is being treated with INQOVI. I have trouble sleeping and while I am in remission from AML have experienced joint pain during my treatment for AML. That pain was helped by taking Arthritis formula Tylenol and at night Tylenol PM.
My joint pain has become overall body aches since starting INQOVI the last week of June. Neither of the aforementioned Tylenol products have helped me with my overall body aches. Video call this week with my Hem/Onc to alert him to the pain I feel maybe associated with INQOVI (a known side effect).
I do know sugar causes me inflammation so I do watch my refined sugar intake which has helped me narrow down the cause of my pain and sleeplessness.
I do nap during the day when time permits.
