Try Trimix: It can help
- Just wanted to put this out there in the hopes that someone who needs it will read it. Trimix is a game changer. Of course, I had fear going into it and incredible humbling being injected at doctors office first time. Now it is just as simple as a pin prick and success! Manage the duration of erections with one or two Sudafed. So grateful for my wife- her love, open mindedness, and patience . I also believe it is helping with penile rehab and return to natural function. So glad I tried Trimix! Thanks God 🙏🏽

You are lucky if it works for you. I only tried Bimix thus far. I either get no reaction at all or an erection that lasts 6+ hours and cannot br brought down by Sudafed, ice packs or walking. Also, erections are hard, but not much enlargement.
Urologist does not really know what is happening but does not want to put me on Trimix for fear of a serious priapism.

I have to agree with you 100%. For me, It was the difference between nothing and pretty darn good. I try to use it about once or twice a week. Primarily, under the premise of either use it or lose it.
@brucerichardson I went five years without an erection. My wife was sick and thought what the hell. I gave it 50 yrs of marriage and at 70 I made a good run. Then my wife passed and I met someone. Still plenty of desire. Thats when I get told that you use it or lose it. Tried viagra and cialis. Nothing . Trimix at 5 units has been a life saver. Its not that convenient and sex needs to be pretty planned out. Airport security is a problem. Refrigeration of the drug becomes a problem. Now that erections are back I find I probably lost at least an inch. Probably not bad if you had plenty to start. Its not quite as robust in size either. I had a little priapism on my first erection. But as you say. Nothing in one hand or trimix in the other. Easy decision.
