@topf I have been on Trimix @2 1/2 years now it is much better than nothing by far but I does come with a cost to me. Pain 1 1/2 hour plus errections, and cost of medication plus having to plan ahead for sex. I am getting ams700 implant just waiting for scheduler to give me surgery date. Already had surgical consultation. It’s a big decision but I want a more permanent solution. I will probably start topic about ipp to help others like me to find others and learn of their experiences good and bad.

@jasonfarmer Using Trimix, I also had the pain with an erection that would last for hours. I switched to Bimix and that was a game changer for me. No more pain and no more erection marathons! Trimix contains alprostadil and we did not get along. Good luck!

How did you decide on the precise model? Was there a discussion with the urologist or is it just the model that he is using?
Do you have climacturia? If so, are you getting a mini-jupette with your implant?
