Thanks everyone for your comments and links. I had seen them already. In theory, I should be in a favorable group: 53 y.o., More than 85% nerve sparing on each side, doing VED and Cialis with booster starting as soon as possible after surgery. But in the end there is a big random element.

After one year post-RARP and only partial erections with a full dose of Cialis I will start discussing the implant option.

@topf I have been on Trimix @2 1/2 years now it is much better than nothing by far but I does come with a cost to me. Pain 1 1/2 hour plus errections, and cost of medication plus having to plan ahead for sex. I am getting ams700 implant just waiting for scheduler to give me surgery date. Already had surgical consultation. It’s a big decision but I want a more permanent solution. I will probably start topic about ipp to help others like me to find others and learn of their experiences good and bad.

@topf I am also incontinent at 6 years. Not bad but constantly dribbles. I wear the clip and condom catheter. I met with Mayo last November. Thinking of an AUS and an implant. The size of the bulb in your scrotum for the AUS is not bad But the implant is twice the size . To have both those in there at the same time seemed like a problem. I did not do either. I needed to re-think.
