UTI Type Burning after AUS Surgery

After AUS surgery January 2026 and activation in March 2026, experiencing UTI type intense burning(but tested for UTI and negative) also penis is still numb. Had cyberknife treatment with brutal after effects. Peed constantly until AUS surgery. Doctor cannot explain why the burning. Any one have info on this issue?

On June 4, The day I had the AUS installed I attended one of the online groups I go to and discussed the AUS surgery I just had. I had almost no pain at all and no side effects, though I was pretty continent for the first three weeks after. I had no burning, though I will not have it activated until July 17.

The doctor that was running the meeting said that he had terrible problems after the AUS install, Felt like they had left instruments or glass inside his body that was just causing it to be extremely painful all the time for weeks. Finally got better and they activated the AUS and he had the same feeling again really painful.

I hope I don’t have the type of experience both of you are talking about, when they activate mine.

I have numbness on the right side of my body right next to my scrotum, but never had any numbness in my penis.

Seems as a wide range of side effects from people that had an AUS installed.
