Red light therapy
Hi, I’m 62 yr old female with multiple issues, Hasimotos,neuropathy and lung and heart issues. I joined a gym for the first time and they offer Beauty Angel red light therapy with my membership. I have been using it 12 minutes, 3 times a week like recommended. Has anyone tried and had luck with this.

@sandralowery
The above post about the diet was from me. I guess I answered in wrong spot. 😞 sorry
@itsmeagain Oh no! I just saw your response to me! And now it’s June 30! There might be more discussions on ‘red light therapy,’ but that might not work either. Do you have her given name or the MCC pseudonym? No one on MCC knows anyone’s given names, so if you don’t know her given name the search won’t work at all. I’m so sorry, I should have mentioned this back in December. Reading through the different discussions won’t work either unless you know her pseudonym. She may have left Connect so she never saw your note to her. But the different discussions should give you some good info, anyway.
I just purchased a home sauna with red light therapy recommended to me by a friend who has RA and has found help with her pain after a few months of using hers. I will keep you posted on whether or not it helps me. I know from my cardiologist that it has benefits for heart health and boasts other positive benefits. We shall see...fingers crossed as it is a costly investment!!

@itsmeagain now I have to apologize that I don’t know exactly what you are referring to. If it’s the red light therapy I think I was just telling the writer that I couldn’t find what she was talking about. But it’s ok that I didn’t find it. My 83 year old memory doesn’t always work so well. But thanks for responding.

1 Reaction@sandralowery I have eliminated eating gluten, dairy, soy and seed oils and it’s helped with body inflammation. A book written by Isabella Wentz, Pharmacist may be helpful to you. It helped me a lot and it’s easy to read and follow. I purchased it on Amazon and it’s called Root Cause of Hashimoto’s. All the best!

2 ReactionsI use photo therapy for psoriasis and have a pro machine at home. Starting out at 12 minutes (normally 2 minute each side) seems like a lot but I do not know the strength of the machine you are using. It has helped my psoriasis so I am a fan.
@kmg218 …I’d love to hear your progress with this. I’m thinking of doing it for several reasons.
@bonandrods I will let you all know how this goes...sauna is arriving Tuesday the 6th and I'll give it a month before I decide if it is helping me....it is a commitment not only financially but time wise. We shall see....fingers crossed!
