What is the best treatment for Knee pain?

Does have any natural treatment for Knee joint pain. My doctor said to me this osteoarthritis. i am afraid now and how to treat permanently.

Maybe try making a paste with turmeric and rubbing it on your knees.

@dawnduncan Do you use the spice or a supplement? I sprinkle timeric powder and black pepper on anything I can. Supplements often cause GI issues for me.
